In January 2006, GRA-Gulf Coast completed construction of this commanding two-story, tilt-wall-and-glass, pre-engineered shell building by TNRG Designs, along with the owners’ office suites. The building features structural steel framing with an architectural standing-seam porte-cochere.

Working with TNRG Designs as the architect, GRA-Gulf Coast Construction completed this 20,000-SF tilt-wall office/lab/warehouse building in January 2006, providing 50% of the finish and a complete climate-controlled lab area.

Fairmont Parkway Building

Hill & Frank Architects designed this two-story, multi-tenant office project completed in November 2005. The 26,000 SF-building is structural steel and masonry with extensive glass fronts and a modified bituminous roof. GRA-Gulf Coast handled all construction, which included sophisticated mechanical work as well as the interior finishing for the public area.

Tilt walls and glass come together beautifully in this stately two-story structure by TNRG Designs. An elegant corner entry with expansive glass and porte-cochere set off 40,000 SF of multi-tenant office space. The design/build project, completed in July 2005, features structural steel, bar joists and a modified bituminous roof. GRA-Gulf Coast provided complete interior finishing.
